At Astr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Bring your labeled package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
